For more than four decades, John has studied what makes people connect, perform, and grow — not just in theory, but through lived experience across music, martial arts, and education.
As a percussionist and drum instructor, he discovered that rhythm has the power to bring people together instantly — breaking down barriers and creating connection without words.
Through his training in Shaolin Kung Fu, he developed a deep understanding of discipline, focus, and mastery — the kind that is built over time through consistency and intention.
And as an educator and creator of STEAM-based programs, he has spent years helping students and teachers rediscover curiosity, creativity, and the confidence to explore new ideas.
